Much like TI8’s True Sight, this year’s edition world premiere will take place at the end of January in a theatre setting.
The wait will end on the 28th of January when the most anticipated post tournament documentary will air in Berlin, Germany at the Babylon Theatre at 7:00 p.m. CET.
OG and Team Liquid, now known as Nigma, players will be present at the event, and those interested to watch the premiere live at the Babylon Theatre can purchase a ticket for €10 starting with January 6, Valve announced on their Dota 2 blog page. The event will be hosted by the TI9 grand finals commentators Owen “ODPixel” Davies and Ioannis “Fogged” Loucas, joined now on stage by Kaci “Kaci” Aitchison and Jake “SirActionSlacks” Kanner
TI9 marked the first time ever when a team claimed the Aegis of Champions twice. At the end of an underwhelming season, a few tournaments where they played with a couple of stand-ins, OG finally reunited in time for the last two Majors of the season. They gathered enough points to avoid regional qualifiers and went once again under the radar to write the biggest TI story by becoming back to back champions of The International. The True Sight premiere in Berlin will also mark OG’s first public appearance in the full formula since their big victory from August 2019. Next month, OG are expected to make their competitive debut this season in the regional qualifiers for the ESL One Los Angeles Major.
